The role:

As a Junior Sales Manager at Airmee, you thrive in fast-moving environments and love to operate in a cross- functional organisation, spanning sales, business development and operations. You are a people person and are all about establishing and developing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. You engage and succeed in a social environment with a helpful and prestigeless approach, eager to coach and be coached. At the same time, you’re a sharp and effective problem solver; excelling in your individual goals and tasks.

You’ll work closely with multiple teams across Airmee to ensure customer success at every stage during the sales process.



What will you be doing?

- Generate new leads and qualifying new business opportunities within the target customer base through networking, referrals, cold calling, events and high level prospecting
- Identify key decision makers in the customer organizations to drive faster customer acquisition
- Engage with new prospective customers, articulating the Airmee solutions and services value, while tailoring it to the customer specific needs
- Negotiate price and terms independently with prospective customers
- Maintain and develop your sales pipeline from target account to onboarded customers
- Work in close collaboration with the Senior Sales Managers to achieve joint targets with our customer base
- Engage across the Airmee organization to drive customer specific projects and take full responsibility of taking your customer from lead to live
- Be the customers go-to-contact, handling inquiries, resolving challenges, and providing solutions in a fast and timely manner
- Continuously work towards meeting or exceeding your sales targets


What skills and experience do you need?

- 2+ years of experience in B2B/B2B2C sales in a fast-growing startup/company
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Proven negotiations skills
- You are independent and you get stuff done quickly and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in change and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Can push us and be pushed as well, we love to be proven wrong, and you should too. It’s the only way to grow
- Fluency in Swedish and English both verbal and written
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
