Junior Sales Support Engineer for Our Global Client in Västerås

We are seeking a dedicated junior sales support engineer for our global client in Västerås. In this role, you will be a crucial link in the team, supporting the area sales managers, local sales units, and customers across the globe. Your responsibilities will include creating quotation documentation, primarily for replacement machines and capital parts. Throughout the quotation process, you will gather technical and commercial information to ensure that each quotation is comprehensive and tailored to the customer's needs.

Initially, you will start as a consultant through us at Cleverex Bemanning, and the idea is for you to transition to the client after 6 months if everything feels good in the collaboration for both parties.

Arbetsuppgifter
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire quotation process, from initiation to gathering the necessary technical and commercial information to finalize the quotation. Throughout the process, you will have close collaboration with the team as well as various departments and customers. You will also:
• Interpret technical specifications and analyze differences.
• Work towards continuously improving processes and tools to enhance the workflow.
• Able to adapt to various situations and interact with customers in the best possible manner.

Din profil
• Holding a master's or bachelor's degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or electronics.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish, with proficiency in Swedish being advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
