About the role
Salesforce is a very important tool in the work with our sales, marketing and support processes. Today our team has 3 members who are all based at our head office in Stockholm. Together with your team, you will be responsible for high quality data and maintenance of the system as well as internal and external support and training. When you start your position, you will get a solid introduction to understand how Salesforce is used in our different processes.
You will mainly work with:
• Provide support to the global Salesforce user base.
• Developing Profiles, security, process automation tools, record types, page layouts and objects.
• Implement new features and educate end users on how to use the system in the best way.
• Data quality management including assisting in cleaning up existing data and implementing best practices for managing all incoming data.
• Manage the documentation of all work and process flows.
This position is a great opportunity to work with a Salesforce org where we use multiple Salesforce features in the entire spectrum from lead generation to product delivery and invoicing.
Your profile
You enjoy working in an international environment and as you will collaborate with many departments, we believe you have good written and verbal communication skills. You are flexible and at the same time prefer to work in a structured manner. You are service-minded and appreciates working with support and trainings. You are used to working independently, taking initiatives and working proactively.
Experience & skills
• Degree in relevant area or comparable experience
• Experience of customer support, including direct customer communications – written and verbal
• 2+ years’ experience of Salesforce admin and support
• Basic programming skills in Apex
• Excellent communication skills in English
It is meriting with service cloud experience, salesforce.com administration certification and other salesforce.com certifications. It is also meriting if you have basic programming skills in Apex, CPQ knowledge or community platform background. Already living in Sweden is also an advantage.
