We are seeking for a highly-motivated talent to join the Inside Sales team as Business Development Specialists to our client. The office in Sweden is based in Stockholm, Kista. The Sales Development team is a highly coveted opportunity designed for recent university and college graduates who aspire to become the next generation of sales leader. As you enter this new position, you will get world-class, hands-on educational and experiential training that will develop you to build a successful career within a variety of our clients career paths.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be a proactive point of contact to out client's customers, fostering a positive and collaborative experience for prospects to learn about, engage with and implement projects. .

You will identify prospects and hold business conversations with the customers to understand their Project and Portfolio Management needs and identify opportunities that meet the minimum qualification criteria for sales. You will be equipped with best-in-class tools that enable highly efficient and accelerated sales activities. By applying best-in-class sales skills, you will identify new Project Management and Business Decision Maker prospects and grow business relationships with companies across all industries and verticals.

Required skills

* You are a university and college graduate who aspire to become the next generation of sales leader.
* We see that you master Swedish though a lot of communication will be in Swedish along with professional English due to the international environment
* You are a proactive and have experience with first point of contact for many customers
* Deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship
* Leverage best-in-class sales tooling and communications tools to accelerate sales
* Communicate with customers effectively through phone and email
* Effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle
* Manage customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience
* Support the corresponding with pipeline generation and targets; supporting accurate forecast pipeline generation
* Identify opportunities to connect and progress with these customers
* Working with the project you will effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering.
