Job description
On behalf of our client, ECDC, we are now looking for a new team member to join us in Stockholm. You will work as a Junior Scientific Expert in the Public Health Capacity and Communication Unit (PHC) in the Public Health Training Section.

Responsibilities
Task 1: Support the training programmes (Continuous Professional Development and Fellowship EPIET and EUPHEM) in the design, and development of curricula and training materials.

Task 2: Provide support to ongoing projects (such as update of competency frameworks, communities of practice).

The work involves both face-to-face and e-learning activities, using authoring tools and the ECDC Virtual Academy as a platform tailored for adult learning, and contribution to network activities. 

Working hours
This is a temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible with a duration of six months. For the right person there is a good chance to get an extended contract.

Qualifications
In addition to the profile specification, these specific competences and experience are required for the current assignment:
Knowledge and experience in adult learning methodology
Experience in curricular design
Ability to create high quality training materials, including e-learning and face-to-face formats
Experience in training in health or public health settings
