Junior Scrum Master - Internship
The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent from different functions and global offices within Electrolux.
Junior Scrum Master – Stockholm, Sweden
As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be part of the Consumer-Centric Delivery Team, a fully empowered, autonomous and cross-functional team that creates software deliveries as business solutions to our end consumers, customers and users.
In this role, you will drive transformation in a complex IT delivery landscape, consult with Delivery Leads, Product Managers, Test Leads, Release Engineers among other stakeholders to enable successful continuous delivery on both agile and traditional project management. You will coordinate a team of product owners, IT business analysts, leading developers, developers and testers. You will work daily with colleagues remotely based in other countries. Occasional travel within Europe is expected.
A normal day at work:
•Cultivate a positive can-do team culture and protect the well-being of your team members.
•Coordinate with your Scrum team, proactively engage in team backlog discussions, block dependencies with product owners and business analysts, leading developers, and skills managers.
•To be a focal point for escalation of risks and blockers and proactively act to mitigate/unblock it.
•Coordinate backlog priorities in PI-Plan events, document and keep track of agreed goals, and present the Programme Board to ART stakeholders.
•Keep track of pain points, improvement measures and action plans agreed on PI Inspect & Adapt.
•Coordinate with your team members: leading developers, test engineers, etc.
•Enable and facilitate cross-team collaboration between multiple Scrum teams.
•Manage dependencies between different teams with other Scrum Masters and team leaders.
• Leverage the program's governance model to collaborate and provide visibility to all relevant stakeholders, such as tracking key performance indicators through a data-driven approach to enable decision-making
•Ensure that the team maintains an accurate level of documentation related to all requirements (user reports, technical enablers, etc) to meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) before committing to any delivery plan
•Communicate and influence decisions by sharing options on collaborative decision-making application forums.
•Try new ways to do things, bring efficiency to scrum and SAFe practices
• Drive Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and planning activities for your team such as capacity plan, story score estimate, sprint plan and retrospective.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline with a strong passion for the life cycle of software development.
•Ability to apply estimation techniques to determine a trend in team speed.
•Knowledge of Lean & Agile Methods.
•Knowledge of the software lifecycle (development, testing, release).
•Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
•Master English fluently, both in speech and writing.
It is preferable:
•Experience in managing projects or software delivery teams with both agile and waterfall releases.
•1-2 years of experience working with Agile & Scrum Methodology.
•Experience in managing resources and conflicts between teams
•Understanding of market best practices such as Lean, Agile, SAFe frameworks and product teams.
•Preferably exposure to a consumer-centric landscape, Field Services Management or Contact Center solutions.
• Desired experience with Jira/Confluence or any smooth tool for managing team backlog of user stories.
•Experience in managing resources and conflicts between teams.
What you get out of the program:
•Learning experience within 14 months
•Gross salary of SEK 25,000 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 28,000 gross salary per month.
