Junior Service Manager

On behalf of our client we're currently recruiting a Junior System Manager to their internal IT department.

About the position
As a member of the system management department you will be part of a successful team working with overseeing the company's application landscape. Together with the company's IT operations team you will be responsible for the decommissioning of applications that can be replaced or completely removed for the purpose of reducing cost and creating profitability.

You will work hands on with SQL databases, maintain, plan. and upgrade different systems together with System Management Lead. In this role you will also be responsible for technical documentation and some acceptance testing.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you need to be an outgoing person that likes to take ownership of projects and making sure every task is delivered in time. Besides that you should have knowledge of:

- Databases (specifically MS SQL)
- Applications and integration maps
- System landscapes
