Junior Shoe Designer - H&M

Our Women’s Shoe Design department is looking for a Junior Shoe Designer, who will be responsible for assisting the Product Designer and working together with our global team. You will need to stay fully on top of the fashion trends and will take design actions accordingly together with the team. The role involves creating technical flat sketches, assist with fittings and adjustments, as well as detail follow up with production. You will be involved in developing our shoe collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets!


We are looking for you who have:
A BA/MA degree in Fashion, Shoe or Product Design
A minimum of 2 years work experience from Fashion Footwear Design
Strong and fast paced skills in Adobe Suite programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
3D design is meriting
A strong feel/intuition for ladies’ global fashion trends
A creative, visionary yet commercial mindset with a true passion for fashion
A strong salesmanship and are highly result oriented
Strong communication skills and used to work in teams
Thrives in a very fast-paced and everchanging work environment
A strong selfdrive and able to take own initiatives
Fluent in English'
