Alfa Laval is looking for a recent graduate, to join the Group Digital foundational area OneERP as an Junior Solution Specialist. OneERP is a newly established organization to consolidate and focus all ERP related activities with clear mandates and responsibilities to create a solid and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support the strategic direction of Alfa Laval. OneERP will develop, accelerate rollouts of D365F&O and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval.

About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Solution Specialist with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Planner, etc.) to join our Solution Management and Governance Team. The successful candidate will assist our architects in various tasks related to the OneERP project, ensuring smooth project execution and documentation.



Key responsibilities to ensure that the solutions developed are effective, scalable, and aligned with the overall business strategy will be as per below:

Understanding Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and objectives.

Analyzing Existing Systems: Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements.

Designing Solutions: Create detailed technical solutions that align with business goals.
*

Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams.
*

Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks.
*

Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
*

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Resolve technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.

Ensuring Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory standards.



What you know

You have a bachelor's or master´s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. We trust you have hands on experience using Microsoft Office 365 package (Word, Excel, Teams, Planner, etc.). Communication skills are vital for this role as well as fluency in business English and Swedish.
