About the role

We are looking for a Junior Strategist who wants to contribute to the development and implementation of our strategy. Together with a motivated and experienced team, you will get the possibility to manage and develop our strategy consisting of our 4 strategic focus areas: capacity, availability, sustainability, and customer relations and 2 enablers: digitalization and culture and competence. In your role as a Junior Strategist, you will support the team by performing strategic analyses, creating strategic reports and running reporting processes. You even take on administrative tasks in the team and work closely with the Head of Strategy as well as the Senior Strategists in the team. Furthermore, you will analyze and evaluate strategic developments in our business that affect the strategy and participate in cross-divisional strategy projects.

About you that we want to hire

You probably have bachelor’s degree or completed other relevant training for this role. If you enjoy facilitating and taking part in strategic discussions and bring first experience in project management or strategy, this position is a great fit. As a person, we would like you to be service oriented and eager to learn, have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.  

You speak and write fluent English and have no problem working in an international environment.
