Are you driven by creating strategic change and want to be a key player in transforming Swedbank Group Cards?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Support senior leaders in planning and executing transformation initiatives within Group Cards.
- Lead own work streams, ensuring timely deliveries and alignment with overall project objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Conduct data analyses to support decision-making and create reports to track progress.
- Identify potential risks and work on mitigation strategies to ensure smooth progress.
- Play a role in change management by assisting development and implementation of strategies to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Maintain organized documentation of transformation processes, decisions, and outcomes, ensuring easy access for all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify challenges and work collaboratively to develop and implement effective solutions.
What is needed in this role:
- Master’s degree from relevant field and 1-3 years of work experience, ideally Management Consulting or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the planning and execution of transformation initiatives, including project coordination, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Familiarity with relevant project/transformation models and frameworks.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Collaborative spirit with a commitment to team collaboration.
- Full proficiency in common MS Office applications, primarily PowerPoint and Excel.
- Full proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in the financial sector and banking is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
