As we continue to expand our teams and presence internationally, our talent acquisition teams are looking to hire additional Recruiters to own end to end recruitment processes. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers and the teams you’re hiring into. You’ll play a key role in helping shape the organisation's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people.
Depending on your preference and our needs, you could be recruiting professionals of different competences (Org Development, Business Development, Design, Analytics, etc), driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, working together with hiring managers to improve the way we do things. You’ll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for; attending stand-ups, running sourcing sessions and coming up with new ideas for attracting talent.
About you
You have experience with end-to end recruitment processes.
You’re a great story teller and communicator, with an ability to inspire and motivate people to join Klarna.
You’re comfortable owning the relationship with hiring teams; advising, influencing and challenging when needed.
You care deeply about providing a fantastic candidate experience for everyone.
You are good with numbers, understand how to measure recruitment efforts, track KPIs, and use data to adjust and improve performance.

You'll have
A bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year In-house or agency talent acquisition experience across a broad range of role types.
A flexible mindset, always willing to adapt and change.
