Talent is a strategic pillar and a key area to succeed with our business and strategy. We are now looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner to join our Northern Europe Talent & Learning team! In this role, you will work together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals in a rapidly growing business.
In your role you will support managers with recruitments for roles across our business and support with local Employer Branding activities. You will get a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days. Your responsibilities
Support hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process
Support in local employer branding and recruitment campaigns for Early Talent and Professionals from strategy and planning to activation
Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand/supply and advise on solutions to talent challenges
Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process
Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media)
Take an active part in Early Talent recruitment activities, master thesis programs, summer workers and graduate programs
Support in strengthening the collaboration with key universities
Drive and support local as well as global projects to further develop the Talent Acquisition function
Your background
As a person you are flexible, humble, determined and have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate well with others
You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks
You are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills
Conversational in English & Swedish is a must, both written and spoken, to be able to interact with colleagues all over the world
In this role it is important to be structured and be able to work effectively with several processes at once
You preferably hold a Bachelor of Human Resources or a degree from another relevant field
