We are building a state-of-the-art Gigafactory in Gothenburg that will be one of the largest cell production facilities in Europe. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer, experienced in international recruitment, to join our Talent Acquisition team!

What you will do

As a Junior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist/Candidate Sourcer at NOVO Energy, your mission is to be part of building a diverse team of experts that will lead us to success in the battery industry. You'll partner closely with TA Specialists, hiring managers and teams, playing a key role in our future achievements.

You will join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team where we all contribute with our different experiences to create a scalable recruitment process with the candidate experience in focus. We’re part of a fast-paced organization where recruitment is on top of the agenda, and we can ensure that your voice will be heard. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with TA Specialists, hiring managers and teams to execute hiring plans for a variety of roles. This may include overseeing end-to-end recruitment as well as support in specific parts of the recruitment process.
- Establishing and maintaining a talent pool for proactive recruitment to various roles and departments. In this role we estimate that you will dedicate approximately 50% of your time to candidate sourcing/outreach, mainly by using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Engaging in Employer Branding, onboarding, and other initiatives to ensure a strong candidate and employee experience.
- Engaging in administration and maintenance of TA tools and systems to ensure efficient processes.
- Measuring success and process quality through data analysis and KPI tracking.

Skills & Requirements:

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

- A university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum one year working experience in recruitment/TA, ideally within a technology, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- A deep understanding of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, with a track record of successful candidate sourcing.
- A structured and efficient approach to work, enabling you to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously while keeping a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on business-oriented outcomes.

It’s meriting if you also have:

- Experience in sourcing and recruiting international candidates.
- Experience in working in a start-up/scale-up company.
- Experience in Employer Branding, including building student relations.
