Junior Technical Manager to Consumer Products

You will work in the technical department of our Nordic Consumer Products Division with brands like Persil, WC-Duck, Tolu and Schwarzkopf and report to the Nordic Technical Manager. You will be updated on all relevant EU and national legislation affecting the household and cosmetic products, ensuring that our products fullfill EU and national legislation eg. labeling, registration and saftey data sheets. You are responsible for eclabelling on a Nordic level. You will have close contact with trade organisations, authorities and NGOs, especially in Finland. You are responsible for the process of developing packaging texts and their legal and technical approval. You will support marketing with technical information and product education. You will be a back up for and give technical input to the consumer service. You will liaise with the Henkel R&D community on a European level. The position is placed in Stockholm with ability to travel. Experience: You have a University Degree within chemistry, chemical engineering or similar. You are fluent in Finnish and have good skills in English and Swedish. You have excellent computer skills in MS Office applications. Either you come directly from University or have 1-2 years of experience from a technical funciton. Personality: As a person you have commercial business understanding/interest. You are able to create good impression, comands attention and respect. You have the ability to structure work and set meaningful priorities. You are a good public speaker and negotiatior. You are highly motivated and team oriented.
