Junior Technical Support Analyst

IMP Nordic is looking for a junior Technical Support Analyst. Tasks and responsibilities As Technical Support Analyst you are responsible for the day to day support and maintenance of IMP?s IT Infrastructure.You will be based in Malmö and as a member of a global support team you will be involved in project work.International travel is expected to 2 days per month.You are reporting to IMP Infrastructure Manager of IT Services. Your main tasks and responsibilities are: support for all IMP desktop users either locally or remotely support the operation and administration of IMP?s file servers support the operation of the common IT services escalate problems/issues through IT Services Management and suppliers testing, implementation and roll out of all approved new versions of software management of nightly backup systems setup, installation and first line support of hardware carry out any equipment moves as requested manage the supply and usage of all consumables and spare parts for desktops, printers and other office equipment carry out any LAN physical or logical administration as requested provide out of hours support for IMP infrastructure Personal Background You are experienced in Microsoft operating systems and applications.You have basic knowledge in TCP/IP protocol, LAN and WAN.You need to speak and understand a Nordic language and have very good English skills, as it is our corporate language.It will be merited if you speak Russian.You are a good communicator, service focused, self-motivated and able to work within an established frame work.
