Junior technical writer

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Technical Writer to join our passionate team in Stockholm.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.

As Technical Writer you will create new product and system documentation as well as update, improve and maintain technical documentation. You will have a role in defining how we structure our technical documentation and also how we can create technical documentation/information which is more than just text and images using tomorrows technical platforms and channels.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create new product and system documentation
- Update, improve and maintain technical documentation
- Work with creating a document structure
- Support with illustration work

The person we are looking for is strongly goal oriented, curious and eager to learn. Education/Experience

- Engineering degree or similar
- Experience from a technical writer role
- Have worked in multi-cultural environment
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry is a plus

Specific Skills/Abilities

- Knowledge and experience from XML and XML authoring tools
- Fluent in technical English, written and verbal
- Experience with working in content management systems
- 3D CAD modeling software
