Junior Technical Writer

The position

Are you in the beginning of your career and do you want to increase your experience in creating user-friendly communication bridges between complex systems and end-users? Do you want to be a part of a digital transformation journey and work with healthcare systems that will play a future role in healthcare and welfare improvement?

If so, we have got a fantastic opportunity for you to become a Junior Technical Writer at Cambio. In your role, you will describe complex technical products in a clear and user-friendly way, aimed at installers, system administrators and end users. You will work with our biggest product, our Electrical Health Record system and get insight in the entire product flow. You will be a part of a committed international team, located in both Sweden and Sri Lanka and work closely with team members, product owners, developers and technicians to build a solid foundation of knowledge and information together. This is a great opportunity to collaborate and exchange skills and knowledge from more senior colleagues and you will also get a mentor.

Work tasks:

- Write, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, system configuration guides and end-user manuals in both Swedish and/or English.
- Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.

About you

You are passionate about technology, and you are good at seeing things from a user's perspective. We believe that you are driven, have the skill to prioritize and have an eye for details. Since you will be a part of an international team it is important that you are a communicative team player but also able to take responsibility for your own assignments and work independently in a structured way.

Requirements:

- You have a university degree, vocational education or equivalent in IT or technical information.
- Good knowledge in MS Word and experience of Office365.
- You speak and write English and/or Swedish fluently.
- You write clearly and pedagogically for different target groups.


It's a bonus if you:

- Have experience in Sharepoint and in tools like JIRA, Confluence and Memsource.
- Have worked with documentation for software systems or technical customer support.
- Have knowledge in working with graphics/illustrations.
- Have experience from healthcare.


Place of employment: Linköping, Stockholm or Remote

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Temporary until Dec 2021 with possibility for extension
