The primary objective of this position is to lead the sales of Microsoft OEM/ESD/FPP products, along with selected vendor offerings, while also enhancing partner satisfaction and increasing market share. This goal will be accomplished through direct engagement with vendors and partners to foster growth in all aspects of the business. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with other business functions to develop top-tier systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
Execute the product area strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share.
Lead the vendor pricing and profit strategy by combining different revenue streams, and collaborate with Profit and Business Optimization teams to review price elasticity, drive profitability improvements, and handle exception management.
Manage incentives from the vendor, and work with the internal Rebates Team to report accumulated incentives after the concluded month.
Drive sales out of the agreed vendor portfolio and onboard new vendors and develop other business initiatives to optimize results.
Engage and participate in EMEA monthly calls to share best practices across the region and stay informed of business and product updates.
Own the full product and vendor lifecycle management, including system accuracy, product adoption and creation, and contract management.
Hold commercial and sales relationships with vendor and partner key stakeholders, supporting TD SYNNEX Sales Teams ranging from Component Specialists, Endpoint Specialists, and General Sales Teams in opportunities and identifying, landing, maintaining, and supporting partner relations.
Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools to ensure best-in-class business continuity.
Identify commercial and operational process improvements.
Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution (MDF activity planning) in alignment with vendor KPIs, and report activities and results after the concluded quarter to the vendor (POE).
Conduct bi-weekly business updates with vendor stakeholders to secure alignment on activities and priorities.



Knowledge Skills and Experience
Good emotional intelligence
Demonstrates capability of having a clear understanding of strategic direction and challenges.
Able to communicate using a wide range of tools clearly and effectively with customers.
Influence and persuasion
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Self-management
Skilled multi-level relationship builder
High energy and motivation
1-3 years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background
Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling
Strategic planning and business case development
Experience of working within a matrix structure
Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment
Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
Language: English and at least one of the Nordic languages is required
