Jurist/Legal Services

We are looking for a Jurist/Legal Services for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.

Assignment Description
As a part of the legal team you will provide legal guidance and support the functions in all company related matters. Your support includes drafting and reviewing of all types of contracts and legal documents, negotiation, legal research and advice, risk assessments, legal training, compliance, and ethics. You will also together with the legal team contribute to the development of the legal work including administration related to legal documnets and the legal and compliance department on our intranet. You will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance. The company has a global footprint, and you will be interacting and collaborating with a diverse and international team of colleagues in all areas of the business. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement.

Requirements
We believe you have a master’s in law with 3 – 5 years’ experience as a lawyer at a law firm or as an inhouse legal counsel handling various company related legal matters. To be successful in this position you are a generalist within the legal filed with a broad experience within commercial law.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility for extension after that. Start ASAP!
