About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) within Customer Unit Northern & Central Europe in Market Area Europe and Latin America who wants to take part in our continued journey with strong business momentum and close partnership with our customers in Sweden, Finland & Baltics building a strong foundation for future business and innovation.
We are on the mission to show the benefits of our established 5G leadership in mobile network with solutions for CSP and enterprises in the next wave of connectivity and digitalization. We are looking for a leader who will further deepen our partnership and provide a disciplined growth with our customer, through strategy, critical thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable to drive value both for Ericsson and our customer across the Key Account.
This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations, and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated Profit and Loss, and cash-flow, including working capital. We are searching for a KAM that will act with confidence and authority, who will take accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful.
The KAM Unit includes some of our service providers in Sweden, Finland and Baltic Countries as well as enterprise customers.
This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Unit Northern & Central Europe and will lead a team of account manager and be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you will do
Lead a function responsible for sales, business development, strategy and delivery excellence towards KAM Sweden, Finland & Baltics.
Strategically coordinate end-to-end sales portfolios, growing market share across existing and new development while representing Ericsson purpose and brand
Build cross-functional relations, delivering on commitments with integrity and continually fostering satisfaction and engagement amongst customer, business/market areas, and domains
Generate profitable sales and develop long term business relationships
Optimally lead, mentor, and develop a diverse and high performing team of professionals
Improve customer relationship and build dedication
Ensure quality and profitability in delivery
You will bring
Ability to negotiate and close large complex deals
Ability to build innovative financial solutions benefitting both the customer and Ericsson
Ability to foster and maintain strong executive relationships
Strong technical and commercial skills
Perseverance and passion to reach win/win solutions through a collaborative approach, highly skilled at problem solving to root cause using critical thinking and data analytics
Financial acumen is a must
Proven track record of strong and empowering leadership
