R&D Manager Binder Laboratory The R&D manager has the responsibility for development and maintenance of Jotun's captive binders for chosen architectural and protective applications.The position requires a master degree and 6-8 years of experience within the field of polymer chemistry, organic chemistry and/or surface science.The position reports to R&D Director Decorative and is situated at the central R&D in Sandefjord.
