Our creative ateliers design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality. We are now looking for a driven Key Account Manager to join our External Partners team in Stockholm, a key role in growing our wholesale business with global marketplaces even further.
Job Description
You will be responsible for the relationship, strategy and selling of wholesale partner accounts as well as being an informal leader in the External Partners team.
You will also:
Be the spokesperson for & Other Stories towards our external partners and develop strong relationships
Drive and maximize the selling to external partners towards set company goals and strategies and find opportunities to grow a profitable business. Monitor, analyze and respond to the selling and the needs of our partners
Strategically plan and secure that we offer and provide the right assortment per partner
Drive set goals and coordinate towards internal functions, mainly Buying, Production, Marketing, Logistics, Accounting and Business Tech
Set and follow up yearly budget for the partner accounts
Be an informal leader to the accounts’ Coordinators that you will coach and collaborate with on a daily basis
Be active in developing and continuously improving the way of working

You will be part of a fantastic team with an entrepreneurial spirit, high drive and a lot of fun in our amazing newly renovated Head office in Stockholm.
Qualifications
We believe you have strong salesmanship, drive and constantly seek to improve the business. You also have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships and have a genuine interest in fashion.
We also see that you:
Have few years of previous experience from working with Sales or Buying, preferably as a Key Account Manager, Buyer or Merchandiser. Previous experience from working towards external partners and wholesale is a great advantage
Have a strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit as well as a high drive to achieve strong results, both long and short term
Have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with many different types of departments and roles as well as different external partners
Have a big drive, that you are proactive and that you can make things happen - a doer with a “can do” attitude
Have excellent problem-solving skills and that you are able to effectively and proactively identify and analyze problems to find appropriate solutions
Are a strong team player with experience of informal leadership, delegation and developing others
Thrive in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable switching between strategic work and hands on implementation
Are fluent in written and oral English
