Some of the things youll do
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans aimed at achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth with key cell producers. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships while understanding each customer’s unique business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Your role involves providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction by aligning internal resources to meet needs and swiftly resolve any issues. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our battery products and technologies, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and provide valuable feedback to guide product innovation.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new partners.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and secure long-term commitments from key accounts.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts.
· Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to communicate technical requirements, project timelines, and deliverables.
What were looking for
· Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the battery, energy storage, or related industries.
· Strong understanding of battery technologies, cell production processes, and market dynamics.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
· Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage complex customer requirements.
