Description

Overview of the Position
.You are responsible for the Arla Foods Sweden and you report to IKAM Arla Foods.
.You ensure customer satisfaction through proper management of portfolio of products and services of the organization, in order to develop the Customer business, improve profitable and increasing sales volume and in compliance with the guidelines of Corporate Governance.
.You closely follow the developments in the Market, analyze the competition and anticipate wherever possible
.You functionally manage a KAM team of Marketing-, Sales- and Technical Service employees while implementing the Account plans.
.You lead negotiations at most levels and are the main contact at any level with the Customer.

Qualifications

Language and Education
.Your education is academic level, completed with relevant courses in Marketing and Sale.Ideally you have relevant experience in industrial and consumer goods sales.
.You have an excellent command of the English language and you are fluent in Swedish.

Professional Skills and Experience
.You have at least four to 5 years experience from large KAM positions.
.You are methodical and stress resistant and have the ability to functionally manage teams in a matrix organization.
.You have well developed empathic abilities and excellent communication skills, which enable you to build and maintain an informal client network.
