At Arla Plast we have developed and fine-tuned extrusion techniques for plastic sheets since the 60’s. Our products are used in industry(s), automotive, building and construction. Today Arla Plast is one of the leading extruders of plastic sheets in Europe. Every day we strive to improve by developing new technology, materials, improved quality specifications and taking care by lowering environmental impact. We have three production units based in Sweden and the Czech Republic. There are 250 employees working at Arla Plast and we are represented in 30 countries. Our turnover is ca 900 MSEK.

Your work assignments
The Key Account Manager is tasked primarily with managing and maintaining the key client accounts. In this role, the Key Account Manager maintains knowledge and awareness of competing products and services, pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts. You will be also be responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the customers’ needs on an ongoing basis, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that are measured up to the business’s standards.
The Key Account Manager will regularly follow up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the business’s products to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and note areas of sales performance improvement. In Arla Plast, the Key Account Manager leads solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel.
Your profile
Qualified at least to a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering or equivalent experience. You will be required to have at least a couple of years of work experience in account management, preferably from an international manufacturing industry.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and self-motivated. You have problem-solving attitude and decision-making skills. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets. You have a good technical understanding and are used to managing international business relationships.
Language fluency in English is required. It will be advantageous if you have fluency in other languages, for example Swedish, German or Czech.
