We are now looking for our next Key Account Manager within the transport industry - to join our team Global Accounts – SC Nordic. 

About the role

This is a real Key Account Manager role, which means that your achievements will be essential for the further growth and success of Parker.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for this large manufacturer leads the account management for the customer in Sweden on a multi-Group basis. You will develop strategies to fit customer needs and to maximize sales by focusing on share gain and to secure and develop our existing business.

You will be offering Parker’s whole product and service range and with your consultative and proactive way of selling, you make sure that we get in in an early stage in important projects.

As a Key Account Manager at Parker, you will be a project manager to ensure that high demanding customer needs are met with excellence. Therefore, you need to be a real star at communication and relationship building internally, as well as externally.

Job Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships and agreements in SwedenTogether with our GKAM develop and implement a business plan for the account to secure profitable growthBuild and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating the necessary Parker resources to meet customer needsFollow and communicate customer forecastCommunicate customers view of Parker and its future needs in terms of products/services and their strategy directionsCoordinate customer-based activities and strategies with Parker Sales organizations, Groups/Divisions and other entities involved in the customer

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Relevant Business/Engineering degree or equivalentSolid experience from complex B2B sales with multiple decision makers within the Truck industry with a good proven track recordA good “know how” how the truck industry works and a clear idea how to approach it in a successful wayGood technical understandingExcellent English (oral / written)Mature business appearance with ability to develop trust with the customer and our divisions and groupsTeam builder with good business acumen to build and manage customer contactsHighly organized and self-motivatedMust be prepared to travel frequently, mainly in Sweden but also internationally.
