The Team
We are growing fast and are looking for our new talent. You will be working closely with other ambitious account executives and account managers who are passionate about growing our customers' business and building first-class digital experiences. We are a social crew and enjoy working closely together and learning from one another.

The role
As a senior Account Executive you will work with ensuring the long-term development of onboarded accounts and client success, bridging the gap between sales, delivery and long term growth. You will identify new opportunities in existing and new accounts, and actively drive business development activities. Although the focus is on high quality delivery and client development in the Swedish market, collaborating and sharing learnings across the group will be very important. You will most likely be doing some of these things also:

- Working together with a project manager and account manager to secure and drive revenue and sales targets within your accounts.
- Owning sales targets and co-operation with additional colleagues
- Account management and ownership of one or more strategic accounts
- Supporting in the commercial development of named strategic accounts
- New business sales
- Discuss business drivers and value with relevant decision makers also on C-levelUnderstanding your clients’ challenges and opportunities within marketing, tech and analytics


Who are you?
We are looking for an ambitious person with drive and can-do attitude. You have a strong interest in consultative sales and account management. You are a team-player and are able to clearly communicate complex ideas and results to relevant stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines on time & budget. You also have a passion for achieving results and digital transformation. As a person you have a strong sense of ownership and want to be part of our journey! Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:

- Academic Bachelor's or Master’s degree, e.g. business, technology or similar
- Experience from advising new customers by understanding their challenges and needs and present customer-specific solutions
- Proven track record within sales of complex consultancy
- Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish
- Fluent in English


Practical information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Katarinavägen 17. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace.
