The company mainly focus on seven industries, including Lithium-ion battery, Photovoltaic, 3C, storage and logistics systems, automobile,fuel cell and Laser. Currently, LEAD China has 570,000+ square meters for manufacturing and R&D, an international team of around 15000+ employees worldwide, including 5,000+ R&D engineers.
In 2020, the Swedish subsidiary Lead Intelligent Equipment (Sweden) AB was founded in Västerås. We are now looking for an experienced KAM to join the Swedish subsidiary in which to support our business expansions in the Nordic countries.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
The main objective of this position is the further development and expansion of the business in the field of renewable energies / automotive / lithium-ion batteries / etc. with an increase in sales and market share in Scandinavia countries and in Europe
Independent interdisciplinary support of business relations with OEM key accounts with the aim of a sustainable increase in turnover
Conception and implementation of sales measures according to sales strategies and manufacturer expertise
Development of a concept for strategic customer care and further development of the key account area
Market and competition analyses
Technical elaboration and calculation of offers as well as conducting negotiations until contract conclusion
Collaboration in the further development of the corporate strategy with the R&D and product management departments

Desired Competence And Experience:
Completed academic studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
At least five years of sales experience in the automotive supplier industry, preferably in the area of key account management
Business experience in working with European automotive OEMs, experience in an international environment (especially Chinese companies) is desirable
knowledge and experience in the field of lithium-ion battery production are preferred
Fluency in Swedish and English, Additional language skills would be an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and CRM
Customer-oriented, self-driven, highly motivated and quality focused
