Jobbet som Key Account Manager hos Lead- kommer du har ett stort inslag av nykundsbearbetning, men består även av merförsäljning till befintliga kunder.
Vi söker dig som har:
✅Teknisk utbildning bakgrunden
✅Minst 5 års erfarenhet av försäljning, företrädesvis komponenter och systemlösningar till industriella OEM-kunder
✅Noggrann och initiativrik, Kundfokuserad och ansvarstagande
✅Arbetslivserfarenhet av försäljning gärna med teknisk inriktning och erfarenhet från Automotive industriell är meriterande
Your tasks:
• Responsible for customer projects and promote production of customer products.
• Assist BUs to expand customers and provide customers with solutions.
• Anticipate project risks and advance risk solutions.
• Summarize the problems and needs during the project and propose optimized solutions.
• Collect customer feedback and deal with customer complaints.
• Responsible for establishing customer management files and providing valuable services.
• Assist the company to continuously improve and optimize the development and operation process of customers.
• Assist the company to continuously optimize the resource allocation of the customer market and save sales management costs.
• Participate in market and competitor research, provide market and customer development trends.
What you bring with you:
• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering background •
More than 5 years of relevant work experience in KAM in Europe
• Project management knowledge, and have experience in following up the entire project process
• Able to withstand pressure and willing to accept challenges
• Highly motivated, independent and self-driven and quality focused
• Have good communication skills, fluent in English, Chinese, Swedish is preferred
• Willingness to travel worldwide
