For our customer within the med-tech industry in Sweden, we are searching for a Key Account Manager in the business unit of Neuroscience to cover the middle, south and west part of Sweden. The Neuroscience business is an important contributor to the overall Swedish company. As the Key Account Manager – Neuroscience you will join a diverse team with lots of exiting tasks to handle the best possible value contribution to both customers and the company.
Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you feel confident in operating with the following responsibilities on your own and together with your team in your district.
• Work in an entrepreneurial way to find (through insights) and overcome customer barriers.
• Think outside the box to find new business opportunities in your districts.
• Collaborate with a dynamic cross functional team to find innovative solutions around our partners.
• Prioritize resources e.g. budget and/or time across stakeholders, considering segmentation and targeting criteria.
• Use your insights and experience to initiate and drive the development of a rolling plan for your regions, which includes customer projects when appropriate.
• Seek to identify insights, unmet needs and potential value pools leading to development of services and solutions.
• Establish network of partners and external contacts to identify mutually helpful business opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret partners’ strategies/plans and data from CRM and other sources where necessary.
• Use cross-functional teams and coordinate account activities in order to achieve customer interaction quality and find innovative solutions for partners.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to develop and execute account plans that are in line with country strategy.
• Improve the use of multi-channel communication.
Your profile
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).
• A valid European driving license (required).
• Proficient in Swedish and English language (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in comparable roles, e.g. from life sciences/healthcare/MedTech industry or clinical experience within Neuroscience (preferred).
• Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor’s degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g. pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor etc. (required).
Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with a positive approach and who can tackle expected and un-expected situations. To be successful in this position you can prioritize and make things happen. You can act with short notice and handle several parallel ongoing customer activities at the same time. You have strong account management, eye for business and networking skills as well as the ability to use digital communication channels.
You need to be a strong communicator, a phenomenal teammate and enjoy to work cross-functional. You have a passion for interaction with people since we want to deliver positive experience for our patients and have fun as a team.
About the organisation
This is a consultant assignment at our customer for 6 months to start with. During this time you will be hired by us at QRIOS.
