Bemanningsstyrkan är främst fokuserad på personaluthyrning, hyrköp och rekrytering inom lager, logistik, administration och ekonomi.




Vi söker nu för vår uppdragsgivare Samsung Electronic Nordic AB:s räkning en Key Account Manager för omgående tillsättning, uppdraget är på två år med stor möjlighet till förlängning.

To discover more, please visit www.samsung.com.Samsung is looking for a new Key Account Manager for the MX B2C (Mobile Division, Consumer Sales) team in Sweden/Pan Nordic Team. A day in the life of a Key Account Manager at SamsungNever will two days be the same at Samsung. As a Key Account Manager you’ll be responsible for developing the Retail and Operator channels (B2C), which means selling Samsung smartphones, PC, tablets, wearables and accessories. This role will have a special focus on our growth categories Wearables (True Wireless headphones & Smartwatches) and Accessories.You get to develop and grow sales throughout all sales channels (distributors, retailers, customers etc.). In cooperation with the Retail team you will actively take part in strategic decision making and be responsible for your own budget and secure growth and reach revenue targets. Your colleagues are KAM’s and other sales and marketing professionals. In Sweden and Nordics we are a relatively small sales and marketing organization and you will get to work with a group of like-minded fun, technology-oriented and devoted professionals. To get an even better understanding of the position, here are some of your regular tasks:
- Creating solid Joint Business Plans and execute accordingly with the biggest retail chains in Sweden (also align plans with our Pan-Nordic team).

- Being responsible for sell-in/sell-out and optimal channel stock management throughout the whole channel
- Conducting Market Research on pricing, floor assortment, brands, specs, review competitor’s line up and specs etc.
- Business Analyzing: customer level business analyze including Sell-in / Sell-out optimization, WOS, Forecasting etc.
- Creating and executing promotional activities for MX products together with customers.
- Organizing participation to relevant fairs and similar activities

What qualities should you have in order to master the position?

Our current Key Account Managers are all – of course – unique individuals with different backgrounds, personalities and working styles. However, we do think that in order to enjoy the work you should share our passion for technology, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be a strong team player. Furthermore all of our KAM’s have strong social skills, integrity and professionalism. A few other personal qualities we think are especially important in this role include:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and structured approach to duties at hand
- Hardworking, high team spirit and strong drive to reach Samsung’s goals and targets
- Understanding and interest in technical issues
- Calculation and understanding on return of total customer investment

There are also some more technical requirements we expect you to have, such as:
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Advanced user of Excel, since you need to drive customer and market analysis and planning
- Market knowledge of our customers’ products, markets and their requirements
- Previous sales work experience from generating business, budget follow-up and product forecasting within retail or telecom operator
