Minnovation is now looking for a Key account Manager for our business partner.
Worklocation: Sweden
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for all company telecom devices (include but not limited to smartphone, MBB, fix device, TV box etc) sales, product marketing plan and the relevant market information collection;
Develop good customer relation with Operators, distributors, retailers and dealers, explore the potential customers to capture sales opportunities and analyze customers’ needs to achieve the sales target; Comfortable with relations in the whole customer organization, from business owners, product managers, purchasing, to testing engineers and after sales.
Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections to close sales in a timely manner.
Handle the regional sales project management, includes forecast, project management, Delivery. Ensure that customer agreements are fulfilled through both the delivery and the operational phase.
Leading Go to Market Plan for Finland accounts consisting in all promotional activities (branding, incentive plan to retailers, incentive plan to customers, coop activities, etc.) to boost sales in each account and represent company in various events and exhibitions.
Travel is required in this role.
Reporting to Head of Nordic and to Sales Director Nordic.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years working experience in the relevant industry.
Familiar and passionate with telecom device market.
Important that candidate is self-motivated, pro-active and work well in a distributed teams.
Good organization, management and study skill
Responsible and easy to communicate with.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
