Dynamic Code is now looking for an experienced and self-driven B2B Key account manager focusing on pharmacy and lifestyle retailers.

The position
Dynamic Code’s B2B sales team is focused on creating successful partnerships with different players in the healthcare industry. The company is now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who wants to be of the journey to shape tomorrows diagnostics in Sweden and the Nordics.

Your mission will be to develop Dynamic Code's smart diagnostics and healthcare testing solutions on the Nordic and Swedish market. With the support from colleagues from the Nordics sales team and marketing your will be responsible to drive sales in our distributor channel consisting of pharmacies and lifestyle retailers.

You will report to Head of Sales and you can choose to be based either in our centrally located office in Stockholm or at our HQ in Linköping.

Your responsibilities:
· Create profitable business with both existing and new customers
· Overall day to day management of the defined Key Accounts within the Nordics, utilizing tools as CRM
· Manage P&L from top to bottom, budget & forecasting
· Plan and prioritize sales and marketing activities together with our customers towards achieving agreed business goals
· Plan and execute New Product Launches to agreed time plan and defined targets
· Negotiate agreements and annual contracts
· Business development – continuously improving and building our Nordic business

Qualifications:
At Dynamic Code, the working environment is characterized by a fast pace and quick decisions with a great drive and expectation of results. The person we are looking for has a strong drive to achieve results and a very good ability to engage in commitment of our partners.


· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from sales or industry
· Experience in key account management within the consumer retail sector (Pharmacy, FMCG or similar)
· Experience of business development as well as leading large accounts
· Experience from developing customer strategies and tactically implementing these across clients
· Analytical skills as well as competence within category management
· Self-starter with a creative mind, entrepreneurial spirit and get it done attitude
· Experience of working with a CRM system
· Well oriented in Microsoft office package
· Great presentation and communication skills
· Fluent in Swedish and English
· Ability to travel to HQ in Linköping occasionally as well as to customers in various cities in the Nordics
