What we want you to do

Business development and sales is crucial for the growth of an organization and our KAM's are key members of the go-to-market team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and developing existing and new relationships with relevant customers at all hierarchical levels. It is crucial that you understand the customer needs and that you can both identify key players and decision makers to be able to turn a prospect into a signed customer.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Identifying opportunities in target markets for CPAC's products.
- Generating leads through customer interaction from different sales activities such as cold calls and networking at international trade shows etc.
- Assessing client needs and CPAC's ability to meet these.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers as well as co-workers.
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.

This is you

You probably have a background within R&D, are really into technology but passionate about creating new business opportunities. As a person you have a lot of energy, and you thrive to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You are a proud owner to a proven track record in sales and love the challenge of prospecting, negotiating, and making your customers business more successful. To be able to succeed in this role you probably have and/or need the following:

- University degree in Engineering or equivalent such as Finance, Sales or Marketing.
- Technical product knowledge in automotive systems and applications enabling you to speak to customers by yourself without support from e.g., an Application Engineer.
- Understanding market needs, leading to the right positioning, considering competitive advantages, and value propositions, and making appropriate commercial decisions.
- Ability to influence both higher management, as well as R&D team leads and product owners.
- Learning mindset and ability to take ownership and deliver on promises.
- Professional communication skills in English are required, and it is advantageous if you are also fluent in Swedish.
