About the job:
Guldhaven Pelagiska AB is a fully integrated fishing company based in Kalix -Sweden, specialized in coastal fishing, fish farming, caviar processing and wholesale. As a part of our rapid business expansion strategy, we are planning to expand our business to Asia and Middle East market. We are looking for a well experienced professional with years of experience as a Key Account Manager to join us in this journey to explore the Asia and Middle East Market.
What you will be responsible for?
· Rapid business expansion to the Far East Asia and Middle Eastern markets.
· Develop business relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure retention.
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
· Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal team to develop the product portfolio that in-line with Asian and Middle Eastern customers.
· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
· Strong negotiation skills and experience in business agreement contracts
· Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
· Prepare bid response documents / Preparing commercial proposal.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Key Accounts Management and higher senior business management are mandatory.
· Hands-on experience in handling Far East Asian and Middle Eastern markets and credible relationships with major customers.
· Knowledge in seafood and algae farming is an added advantage.
· Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
· Communication in multiple Asian languages is an added advantage
· Contact with Asian fish farmers is an added advantage
· Interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
· Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English is mandatory.
· Excellent organizational skills.
