About the role
We are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager based in Stockholm. The Key Account Manager is responsible for leading and developing defined Key Accounts across EMEA.
Job Description
The KAM will be responsible for:
Delivering the annual budget and forecast including unit, revenue and profitability goals for defined Key Accounts in EMEA
Development, negotiation and management of an annual calendar of activities and
investments through defined Key Accounts in collaboration with Sales Manager and Trade Marketing Manager
Development of in-store and online execution together with Trade Marketing Manager
Driving product launch and GTM plans with defined Key Accounts in EMEA
Building long-term, strategic partnerships with defined Key Accounts.
Research and source new potential retailers
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Projects & Goals
Retain & grow current business with defined Key Accounts
Develop the ideal structure to manage defined Key Accounts in the short, medium and long term across all EMEA markets
Develop a calendar of promotional activities and investments with defined Key Accounts across EMEA
Prepare & submit financial forecasts, analysis and insights and management of inventory in channel
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Retail sales covering the Nordic and, preferably, EMEA markets
Strong knowledge and network within the retail channel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English, both in speech and writing. Swedish is not required
A degree in Business and/or Marketing or relevant experience
