Job Description: As a Key Account Manager within Air Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our most important customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that maximize their energy savings and comfort.
Your main responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential key customers.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the heat pump segment.
Conducting needs analyses and presenting tailored solutions to customers.
Negotiating and finalizing agreements, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.
Keeping up to date with market trends and technical innovations in heat pumps and air solutions.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within energy solutions or the HVAC industry.
Documented experience in managing key customers and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Technical understanding of heat pumps and air solutions is advantageous.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driver's license B
