Pej are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage our key customer relations and help every merchant to optimize their usage with Pej. Help us to deliver the best-in-class self-ordering experience on earth.

You will be part of our growing customer development team and work closely with the customer acquisition team and our customers. Together delivering great solutions, grow customer satisfaction and change the way our merchants customers buy and order to increase merchants business revenue. Exciting, right?

You will
- Drive key accounts and ensure product- and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for upsell and proactively prevent churn of key accounts.
- Establish and maintain good business- and customer relationships.
- Manage our key accounts from a business perspective (70%).
- Drive direct new sales and find business opportunities (30%).
- Act as an internal champion for our customers.
- Negotiate customer contracts of large scale.


Your Expertise
Must have:

- 2-3 years experience with direct sales and key account management
- Experience of handling large customers and/or complex/international deals.


Should have:

- 5+ years mixed experience of:
- Key account management.
- Project and customer leadership role.
- Selling a B2B SaaS product solution.
- Working with requirements specification and negotiation.
- International sales and account management.
