In order to support our team in Sweden we are now seeking an Key Account Manager Automotive based in our Gothenburg office.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will be managing our commercial relationships with automotive customers. This includes pricing, commercial negotiations, forecasting & planning, contract management, business development, product development support, marketing support and customer relationship management. In this role, you work as part of a cross-functional local and international team to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities as well as secure existing businesses and support customer change requests.

Together with the team, you develop and execute an account strategy that brings profitable and sustaining growth. In this position and as part of the team you act as the voice of the customer within the organization and represent the interests of Bose at the customer. A big part of the role is to build strong and lasting relationships with key players in various departments across the customer account.

Your background
We are looking for a business driven person with technical knowledge that want to join our global team of skilled engineers, designers, researchers and marketers with one common goal: To delight our customers. You have a Bachelor degree in engineering or business, MBA is preferable but not a requirement as well as 5+ years experience in account management, business development or product planning within the automotive industry. It is an asset if you have experience in selling high-tech products, hardware or software. Due to the nature of the role fluent English and Swedish is necessary.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and a flexible and solution-oriented mindset. You have a high degree of demonstrated independence and achievement and are comfortable in a complex environment. You are interested in technology and have a technical understanding. You are willing to travel as this position requires occasional travel.
