The Impact You'll Make in this Role
1 As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Implement high profile and highly visible corporate branding campaigns for household names and you will make an impact by:
* Creating solid relationships to key customers (converters)
* Lead and manage business, campaigns, sales and pricing initiatives to drive sales
* Regular meetings with key converters on the Nordic market
* Create, execute and review sales and product strategies
* Joint visits with converters to end user/brand owner accounts
* Contract/agreement negotiations
* Basic technical information to the signing market (Converters and end users)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Solid business experience
* Able to manage challenging situations in a calm manner
* Growth mindset
* Strong prioritization skills
* Strong relationship building

Travel: 50%
Role Location: Nordic region
Ideal candidate location: South of Sweden or in Denmark
Sales Territory: Nordic region

Salary - £high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
