To our local office in Vetlanda, we are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will be active in our region Nordic, Baltic & Poland.


Your duties will include the following:
- Synchronizing customer activities in producing and selling country in our region Nordic, Baltic & Poland
○ Producing unit
- Make sure producing units gets training in production/products via local team or second line support
- Training and support in Sapalogic/Techdesign
- Contact for quality and delivery issues, supporting customer service
- Contact for Technical issues, supporting 1st line support and coordinate with 2nd line support when needed
- Coordinating Info from Sapa/Hydro – News, general info, price increase etc
○ Sales unit
- Training and support in Sapalogic/Techdesign. Make sure it is coordinated with producing unit
- Coordinating Info from Sapa/Hydro – News, general info, price increase etc
○ Find new prospects with this set-up or similar
Non-buying "customers"/installers/traders who buys from low cost countries:
- Create mapping of who they are and where they buy from
-Visit them and keep them updated with Sapa products
-Visit their producers and make sure they are aligned and updated with Sapa products etc.
-Coordinate with Polish and Baltic sales manager and find local producers exporting to Nordic countries and increase their share of wallet of Sapa


In order to succeed with the job, you should have a college/university education in the appropriate field and have been working for at least 2-5 years. You need to be able to speak English fluently. You will report to Sales Director Nordics.
