As a Key Account Manager in the Sales management team in our Nordic Market Company you will drive sales of our full portfolio. You will also lead a cross functional Key Account team to build strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities. Your responsibility includes developing and driving execution of strategic and operational key account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives. Further ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden. You should expect to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Main responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of Key Account plan
- Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer, drive mutual sustainable growth
- Drive Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements, identify customer needs and drive opportunities
- Define, review and drive activities to improve line and plant performance and reduce overall customer system cost
- Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Key Account
- Ensure that Account Receivable expectations are met for Key Account
- Manage as well as execute through the Opportunity Pipeline
- Engage all team members and the customer in joint value creation and quantification
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor Degree in Commercial, Marketing or Technical disciplines. You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales ideally within the food and/or liquid food industry. Experience in Marketing & Product Management and good understanding of production & manufacturing, ideally within food and/or liquid food industry is an advantage. Furthermore you have a proven track record of delivering on expectations and goals being set up for sales to a strategic account.
As a person you are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and motivate others. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You possess strong customer understanding based upon a strong history in direct customer contact and customer relationship. You can effectively cope with change and know how to creatively solve problems.
You are fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and also fluent in both written and oral English.
