Job description:

The position as Key Account Manager within Gastroenterology and Urology is placed in the new Nordic organization, with focus on the Malmö/Göteborg markets, and will report to Sales Manager for Speciality brands (SB).

The Key Account Manager (SB) for Sweden is responsible for planning, implementing and executing sales activities primarily in the gastroenterology market. The purpose of the role is keeping and strengthening the position of our key products (Pentasa® and Minirin®) and Ferring being a preferred partner in the marketplace.

Key activities:

Build and maintain excellent relationship with key stakeholders and hospitals

Organize key stakeholders and hospital/clinic meetings

Present and inform about our products in an accurate and updated way according to company strategy and with the frequency agreed upon

Follow up on the development of key accounts and propose strategies for changes or improvements

Use of marketing material to clarify product doubts and concerns, opposition to objections and advantages compared to competitors

Contribute to good communication and collaboration across all involved functions

Ensure that other departments follow up and communicate the latest info to the KOLs if necessary

Gather and communicate internally information from the market about product concerns or changes in the market

Assist to scientific congresses and meetings arranged by the company, and organize customers meetings according to the budget approved

Document activities in CRM for operational excellence and customer centricity

Strong understanding of Code of Ethics to guarantee that behavior and promotion is in compliance with ethics standards and local regulations

Other beneficial skills are; proficient computer-skills as well as to be fluent in English - both oral and written.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred with a background in Science, Biology, Medical or Pharmacy - Lif-certificate or equivalent is required.
