On behalf of our client Panasonic, we are now looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager Consumer Electronics located at Panasonic's Nordic head office in Solna, Stockholm.

About the role

As a Nordic Key Account Manager you will be responsible for some of the most important CE customers in the Nordics. You will be responsible for achieving and further developing sales results within the Consumer Electronics industry. The key function comprises superior customer relationship management and it is necessary to understand the business and identify the needs of the key accounts in order to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer requirement.

What you will do:

Fully responsible for achieving customer businessplans and agreed KPIs including:

- Yearly and running customer negotiations
- Maintain and update accountplan
- Implement and update distribution strategy.
- Sales forecast on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Follow up stock level (POS) on customer level and to provide sell out solutions
- Plan and excute agreed channelstrategy
- Education and training of salesstaff
- Participate at fairs and customer events
- On a regular basis, analyse accounts and potentials by doing strategic planning
- Coordinate all customer related advertising and promotion activities
- Set sales targets together with the customers, based on customer setup.


Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of job experience in area of Sales/Account Management
- Good knowledge of the CE market and a good business sence
- Merit if you have experience in handling Buying Groups in the past
- Basic knowledge in Marketing
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
