Power Solutions is a business area within Sales and Marketing at Scania. We are a provider of core components integrated into marine- and industrial applications. We are at the moment developing our electrification offer and we already now see a great interest in the marine segment.

Work description

As Key Account Manager within the marine segment, you will be responsible, together with our Area Managers and Business Units, to grow within the marine segment. Your role is to develop the relationship/partnership with customers. You will, in a global environment, be part of developing the marine sales strategies, have an active part in the customer dialogue at complex and tender based marine sales globally and work proactively with different shipyards.

We will strengthen our team within the Sales department, to develop Power Solutions’ growth and secure our long term position as a sustainable partner. Power Solutions have had solid growth in the past years and there is a lot of potentials to grow more, based on the high level of customer satisfaction with our products, people and methods.

You will benefit from working in a sales team and closely together with the end customer. We are currently in a very inspiring phase of introducing new products.

This position will require traveling as a natural part of the work.

You will report to Fredrik Järild, Vice President Sales.

Your profile

You are a customer oriented and commercially driven person. You are a team player inspired by working in a multi-cultural environment. You are well-organized, have good communication skills and can represent your organization in different settings.

Most likely you have a commercial or technical university degree or equivalent experience. Sales experience or other relevant knowledge within the marine segment is meriting. You fluently master English.
