Being a Key Account Manager within STANLEY Security means that you are a key player in making this happen. To support this mission, the specific purpose of this position is to secure a longer term blueprint for each key account; define, set and measure account goals; engage with varied account partners, and bring value solutions to address their needs.

Responsible:

As a Key Account Manager in the National Account Team in STANLEY Security you will be responsible for implementing key account strategies, understanding the client's strategic objectives and business plans, and using that knowledge to build a sustainable and profitable business.

The key account manager is responsible for handling the most important National Accounts within STANLEY Security.  Responsible to build and maintain a strong relationship with our clients and is the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client, and help the client to succeed. You will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts. Even though your main market is Sweden, you are expected to use STANLEY global network to meet customer expectations to provide first class services wherever they operate, in the Nordics, Europe or globally.


• Establishes and manages trusted relations with existing accounts, Takes accountability for acquiring top management insights and relations, in-depth account insights and what impacts account and brand adoption, as well as regional/national decisions and guideline implementation; Acts as STANLEY Security voice towards our costumers with being proactive and always strive for the costumers safety.
• Promotes customized Security solutions and value proposition beyond the pill to all partners to maximize our footprint.
• Defines new key accounts, leads, and owns the account management; keeps updated key account plans in CRM system and leads account reviews with cross functional account team, establishes goals and actions.
• Builds and executes business plans with a focus on our security solutions within assigned territory, as well collaboration with internal key stakeholders.
• Market analysis for new business opportunities.
• Implementation of sales plans: analysis of customer needs, business meetings, offers for customers and negotiation of commercial contracts,

What you’ll bring to the role:


• Holistic understanding of business and bring knowledge and insights of Solution oriented sales and software into the team


• Existing network within industries as Enterprise, Logistics, Energy distribution or Manufactory industry
• Native level of Swedish & Fluent English is a must. Other Nordic languages ​​are meritorious
• Driving licens is a must
• Ability to build solid business and market plan and transform into real business 
• Entrepreneurial approach/solution orientation/agility
• Good Eye for Business and see opportunities to bring in the best solution for our customers
• Experience of selling software or solution-oriented business
• Emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and to fit in to our organization you need to be a great teammate!
