Assignment: This is a consultant assignment where you will be employed by JeffersonWells. The is initially for six months. It is a fulltime job. The district for the position is mellansverige, west, south east and south parts of Sweden and will require travel within Sweden. The position reports directly into Business Lead Neuroscience Sweden.
Introduction and Overview
In this position you will work on our customers innovative Neuroscience portfolio to support the existing and future launches within Neuroscience, psychiatry in particular.
We are looking for someone who is motivated by working in a cross functional and a highly collaborative team. This will be a dynamic environment with motivation, enthusiasm and innovation being key drivers for success. Your purpose is to improve the business value, both long-term and short-term, in the designated district by coordinating and optimizing cross-functional interactions with all relevant internal and external partners.
The district for the position is mellansverige, west, south east and south parts of Sweden and will require travel within Sweden. The position reports directly into Business Lead Neuroscience Sweden.
Key Account Manager - Neuroscience
For the business unit of Neuroscience in Sweden we are now looking for a Key Account Manager to cover the middle and west part of Sweden. The Neuroscience business is an important contributor to the overall Swedish company. During the past few years we launched an innovative product within the area of treatment resistant depression. We continue to plan for future launches and new therapies in the years to come.
Objectives of the Position
As a Key Account Manager, you feel confident in operating with the following responsibilities on your own and together with your team in your district.
Work in an entrepreneurial way to find (through insights) and overcome customer barriers.
Think outside the box to find new business opportunities in your districts.
Collaborate with a dynamic cross functional team to find innovative solutions around our partners.
Prioritize resources e.g. budget and/or time across stakeholders, considering segmentation and targeting criteria.
Use your insights and experience to initiate and drive the development of a 12-18 months rolling plan for your regions, which includes customer projects when appropriate.
Seek to identify insights, unmet needs and potential value pools leading to development of services and solutions.
Establish network of partners and external contacts to identify mutually helpful business opportunities.
Analyze and interpret partners' strategies/plans and data from CRM and other sources where necessary. Use cross-functional teams and coordinate account activities in order to achieve customer interaction quality and find innovative solutions for partners.
Analyze sales data and customer insights to develop and execute account plans that are in line with country strategy.
Improve the use of multi-channel communication.
Essential skills:
We are looking for new team member with a positive approach and who can tackle expected and un-expected situations. To be successful in this position you can prioritize and make things happen. You can act with short notice and handle several parallel ongoing customer activities at the same time. You have strong account management, eye for business and networking skills as well as the ability to use digital communication channels.
Furthermore, you need to be a strong communicator, a phenomenal teammate and enjoy to work cross-functional. You have a passion for interaction with people since we want to deliver positive experience for our patients and have fun as a team.
Qualifications, required
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
* A valid European driving license
* Proficient in Swedish and English language
* Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor's degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g. pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor etc.
Qualifications, prefeered
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in comparable roles, e.g. from life sciences/healthcare/MedTech industry or clinical experience within Neuroscience
