Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop the OEM business with both new and existing customers in Sweden.

Job Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager for OEMs, your tasks will largely consist of creating and developing business with both new and existing customers. You process and develop customers through customer visits, training and advice with the aim of creating good and long-term relationships that are in line with the sales plan. Furthermore, you stay updated on upcoming business opportunities and development plans and thereby identify new business opportunities.


You will continuously work in the CRM system Salesforce and you are expected to independently make analyzes of your customer base regarding, for example, profitability. In addition to customer interaction, close cooperation with the OEM team and the logistics and technical support department is an important part of everyday life.
Background & Skills
We are looking for you who have a broad technical understanding and good commercial insight. You need to have a great drive and have the will to make a difference in our business. You have a proactive approach and develop effective and feasible solutions to problems. To succeed in the role, it is of great importance that you have good collaboration skills and understand the importance of creating good relationships at different levels, both internally and externally.
We imagine that you have a similar position today or want to take the next step in your career, education in refrigeration technology is meritorious and you may also have acquired equivalent knowledge from working life, combined with a deeper technical understanding. You enjoy B2B sales and have experience of working in CRM systems. Knowing both Swedish and English, in speech and writing, is a requirement. Likewise, B driving license.
Location: home office, or at one of our three offices (Linköping, Gothenburg or Stockholm).
