We are seeking a talented and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our OEM team with the option to be based either from our office in Neu-Isenburg, Germany or Umeå, Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key OEM partners in the agricultural machinery sector.
Job description:As a Key Account Manager OEM at Quicke, you will cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key OEM accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You act as a trusted advisor to OEM partners, providing strategic guidance and fostering long-term relationships built on mutual trust and respect. The role is dynamic and offers varied and exciting working days with great opportunities to develop your knowledge and broaden your experience. Since we operate globally, travel is included in the role.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required providing a solid foundation for this role.
Demonstrated track record of success in key account management is essential, preferably within the agricultural machinery industry.
Possessing a strong business acumen and understanding of OEM dynamics and value chains will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and fostering meaningful partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, enabling you to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You are fluent in English, both writing and verbally.
